Petition for spiritual healing to be offered within the NHS

There is only 1 day left to sign up to this petition, which closes on the 24th October 2007, but basically it is asking the government to make non-denominational spiritual healing available on the NHS, both to patients and to those working with them.

After the furore with homeopathic medicine and the controversy around whether funding should be pulled, it is doubtful there will be any success with this, but as healers know, many people derive a lot of benefit from spiritual healing. So, whether scientifically proven or not, shouldn't the NHS be considering it?
