When you book a teeth whitening treatment, it is your responsibility to let us know about any problems you may have with your teeth or gums, or otherwise. We cannot refund deposits if it emerges we cannot treat you due to information you have not provided us with.
We do recommend that you have seen the dentist in the last 12 months (but not the 2 weeks previous to the appointment). We won't be able to treat any teeth that have untreated decay or fissures.
We cannot treat you if you have seen the dentist in the 2 weeks previous to the appointment. You should also not have an appointment arranged in the 2 weeks following the whitening procedure.
There are not many general health conditions that prevent you from having laser teeth whitening, but due to the presence of the powerful light near the face, we cannot see people who have epilepsy.
We recommend that you avoid very hot and cold drinks in the 24 hours after the treatment as teeth may be sensitive. Usually, painkillers can ease the sensitivity if this is the case.
We also recommend you avoid any strongly coloured foods or drinks in the 24 hours after the appointment, especially red wine, tomato-based foods, tea, coffee and foods with coloured spices like curry. Milk and water are the best drinks following the procedure, and simple, white foods like rice and chicken.
