PUTTING THE 'PERSONAL' INTO PERSONAL TRAINING
Hello! I'm Andrea Wren. I'm a personal trainer with a holistic approach to fitness. My ethos is helping clients to live more by getting fit and healthy, bringing wellness & fitness together.
I can help clients with weight loss and weight management, strength training, menopause specific training, nutrition guidance, and health coaching. I am especially able to work with beginners young or old, or men and women in the over 40s, over 50s and over 60s age groups. I have a particular interest in helping women in the menopause or peri-menopause, who have different training and nutrition needs.
I am a trainer who is committed to learning, research, and staying knowledgeable - which means keeping up-to-date with current health information and exercise science and research. I do this to ensure I am offering the best advice to my clients.
I offer fitness services aside from 1 to 1 training, but my personal training 1 to 1 packages include:
- Weight loss and weight management (if required)
- Nutritional guidance
- Weekly progress check-in with you via WhatsApp
- Health coaching (incuding sleep coaching if needed)
- Fun and varied exercise programme designed for you!
- Peri-menopause and menopause specific training and guidance
QUALIFICATIONS, INSURANCE, ACCREDITATIONS
Whether you choose me as your personal trainer or someone else, make sure they hold their Level 3 Personal Training. I see many 'wellness coaches' and such like, offering 'exercise coaching' without holding the appropriate qualifications. I am also committed to ongoing Continued Professional Development. Here are my accreditations and qualifications:

- First Class BAHons Applied Human Communication
